    >>Overview

    The integrated temperature-pressure-flow analyzer combines the monitoring of temperature, pressure, differential pressure, and flow velocity. It is mainly used for flow measurement of various clean gases, desulfurization flue gas, and denitrification flue gas in industrial process control and environmental monitoring.

    It has obtained the explosion‑proof certificate issued by the National Supervision and Inspection Station for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation. It can be effectively used in monitoring applications that require explosion protection, such as environmental protection, chemical industry, metallurgy, power plants, waste incineration plants, and VOCs gas detection. It is suitable for hazardous areas Zone 1 and Zone 2, as well as hazardous areas Zone 20, Zone 21, and Zone 22; suitable for Class IIA, IIB, IIC explosive atmospheres and combustible dust atmospheres; and can be installed both indoors and outdoors.

    • Temperature measurement uses a platinum resistance temperature sensor.
    • Pressure measurement uses a high-precision pressure sensor and a dedicated conversion circuit, which converts the signal into a corresponding pressure value.
    • Flow velocity measurement adopts the pitot tube method. When measuring, the pitot tube probe is inserted into the pipeline so that the central axes of the total pressure and static pressure probes lie at the center of the flow cross‑section and align with the flow direction. The total pressure probe opening faces the incoming flow to detect the total pressure and transmits it to the differential pressure sensor. At the same time, the static pressure probe opening detects the static pressure and also transmits it to the differential pressure sensor. The sensor reads the values from the total pressure and static pressure openings and converts them into corresponding flue gas pressure and flow velocity values.
